This Privacy Policy explains how Bach Systems, Inc. ( "Bach Systems," "Bach Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you:

- Billing and subscription. If you become a paying customer, we and/or our third-party payment processors may collect billing details such as your name, business address, payment method, and transaction history.
1.2 Information we process on behalf of customers ("Customer Content")
Our customers may upload or connect documents, datasets, or other materials to Bach Atlas in order to perform research and analysis. We refer to this as Customer Content.
- Customer Content may include public records, court filings, legal documents, property data, notes, or other materials the customer chooses to send to the Service.
- We process Customer Content only to provide the Services, in accordance with our agreements with that customer.
- Our customers, not Bach Systems, are responsible for ensuring that they have a legal basis to collect and upload Customer Content to Bach Atlas.
If you have questions about how a specific firm or organization uses Bach Atlas, you should contact them directly.
